Our Company
Seabold Construction Company, Inc. was founded as a family-owned general contracting company in December, 1984. The principals included Harry C. Seabold, Sr., Stephen C. Seabold, and Harry W. Seabold. These family members brought together over 60 years of combined experience in the multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail construction markets. With Steve’s retirement in 2015, Harry assumed ownership. With the passing of Harry in 2023, Son-in-Law Kevin Owens is now President and Daughter Hailey Owens is Corporate Secretary and Financial Manager. Hailey is a 3rd generation “Seabold”; both she and Kevin are determined to continue the strong legacy of building quality projects previously upheld by her Father, Uncle, and Grandfather.

Since 1984, Seabold Construction has achieved steady growth and is an established organization with a careful eye on planning, progressive management, and a commitment to partnering with our clients.
We have completed thousands of projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to many millions and have worked hard to earn our clients’ trust and respect to become a well-established general contractor in the western states.
Most of our work is negotiated because we believe in partnering with owners, developers, architects, and government agencies who share the same vision of quality and value that has been the hallmark of our work.
This approach has provided Seabold with long-term, highly qualified personnel, abundant resources, and a strong subcontractor base.
We have conducted business in the states of Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois, Georgia, and Utah.
